It has enabled Millions of Dollars in tangible savings over the year. Transformation of Businesses by driving EBIDTA growth programs, and Supply Chain process re-engineering across both Manufacturing, sales and distribution & Shared Service sector. Kunal is credited in leading Continuous Improvement implementation in Sales & Distribution Operation (Sales Excellence Program) first ever in FMCG industry.
Kunal has been driving several digitization projects and have good understanding of fundamentals and business applicability of widely adopted disruptive technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine learning, Deep learning & predictive analytics (Data science tools like R, Minitab, operation research etc.) and Robotic Process automation (Blue prism)
Prior to Coca, Kunal had diversified experience in the field of Continuous Improvement deploying Lean Six Sigma Methodology in both manufacturing and services organization. Working experience with MNC Fortune 500 companies like Dupont, Lear Corporation, SKF, Henkel, Reliance, Coca Cola and Hero Group. 5 years of experience working as Consultant with International working exposure in various Asia Pacific & Middle East Countries. Designed Accelerated Workout methodology for continuous improvement & facilitated more than 2000 projects, large group workshops& 500 Kaizen events. Trained and coached/mentored more than 300 Black Belts, Green Belts and Lean Practitioners in Lean Six Sigma methodology and conducted orientation classes for business leaders.
Worked along with renowned Consultants like Mckinsey, AtKearney, Accenture, & Kaizen Institute on various projects like BPR, Supply Chain Management/SAP, Lean manufacturing, Quality Management Systems/TQM, Cost Reduction & Continuous Improvement/Transformation initiatives.
